Milon murder: 2 muggers held
Police arrested two muggers in connection with Milon murder in the port city early yesterday.
They are Mohammed Idris, 22, of Comilla and Nur Mohammed, 18, of Chandpur.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Panchlaish Police Station arrested them around 2:30am from Muradpur and Mohammedpur areas. They also seized a stolen mobile phone set and one knife from their possession.
Earlier on April l4, the two, during a mugging, allegedly stabbed one Majharul Islam Milon, 37, to death, while he was returning home by a rickshaw after getting down from a night coach in Khatiberhat area under the police station.
