Huge contraband beer seized
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) seized 1,316 bottles of contraband beer and 518 bottles of foreign liquor at Patenga in the port city on Sunday night.
Acting on tip-off, a team of Rab-7 raided Bridge No-17 area adjacent to Naval Academy road under Patenga Police Station and recovered the drugs worth about Tk 13 lakh, said a press release.
