Mercantile award for Prof Mannan
Former Chittagong University vice chancellor Prof Abdul Mannan will be conferred with the “Mercantile Bank Foundation Honour-2012” on June 2.
Abdul Mannan, currently teaching at University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh and a CU syndicate member, is one of the 14 individuals and organisations selected this year for their brilliant contribution to the nation and personal excellence.
The prize includes a gold medal, Tk 1 lakh and a citation, says a press release.
