Three electrocuted in capital
Three people were electrocuted in their house at Wari in the capital yesterday morning.
They are Rowsan Ara Meri, 55, her son Reja Aziz, 37, and domestic help Taslima, 22.
Wari police said Taslima was drying clothes in the sun keeping them on an iron wire beside the kitchen.
She was electrocuted as the electric wire of the kitchen somehow touched the iron wire.
Rowsan came to rescue Taslima and got electrocuted. Later, Aziz tried to do the same with a stick but he was also electrocuted as the stick was wet, the police added.
