Prof Syed Masud Husain made first VC of BUFT
Professor Dr Syed Masud Husain joined BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) as the first Vice-Chancellor (VC) on July 1. Before joining BUFT, he was a selection grade Professor in the Department of Accounting & Information Systems of Dhaka University, said a press release. Prof Husain was also the dean of Business at Southeast University. He is life member of various educational and charitable organisations, including Dhaka University Accounting Alumni (DUAA) and Bangladesh Economic Association (BEA).
