Obituary
ABM Siddiqur Rahman Putu, president of Shaghata upazila unit of Awami League, died of cardiac arrest at Central Hospital in Dhaka on Saturday. He was 55.
He left behind his wife, one son and one daughter and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
His first namaz-e-janaza was held at Mohimaganj Alia Madrasha ground at 3:00pm yesterday.
Later, he was buried at his village Falia Digor in Kamalerpara union after second namaz-e-janaza.
