700 Yaba tablets seized, 3 held
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab-7) seized 700 pieces of Yaba tablets and arrested three persons in this connection from Chandgaon area in Chittagong city yesterday.
The arrestees were Md Sayem, 32, Mohammad Ershad, 27, and Yasin Mia, 28, residents of Mohara residential area in Chandgaon.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Rab-7 conducted a drive at a residence in Mohara residential area, seized the tablets from the possession of the trio and arrested them, said a Rab official.
