Six fishermen rescued at Teknaf
Bangladesh Coast Guard members rescued six fishermen of a capsized trawler from the estuary of Naf river yesterday.
The fish-laden trawler capsized in 2-No Buoy area adjacent to Golar Char due to rough sea while returning to Teknaf from Saint Martin, said the coast guard members.
To save their lives, the fishermen tied themselves with the drums in which fish were kept.
The coast guard members rushed to the spot after being informed and rescued the fishermen.
