Rescued victims from the stranded BIWTC Rocket Steamer PS Lepcha are being ferried to Barisal river port by BIWTC sea truck ST Khizir-8 yesterday. On its way to Dhaka from Barisal, the steamer broke down at Charmonai leaving 790 passengers marooned on it.Photo: STAR
