Ctg BNP protests utilities crisis
Chittagong city unit BNP has protested price hike of daily essentials and interruption in gas, water and electricity supply.
It brought out a procession and organised a rally in the port city yesterday which were presided over by Abu Sufian, senior vice-chairman of the city unit BNP.
Terming the government failed one, speakers at the rally said water, gas and power crisis throughout the city had become unbearable at present causing immense sufferings to people.
Warning the government, the speakers also said after Eid-ul-Fitr the party men will go for tougher agitation programmes if the situation does not improve.
