4 held, Yaba tablets seized
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested four people and seized 2,692 pieces of Yaba tablets in separate drives in Cox's Bazar and Chittagong on Monday and yesterday.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Rab raided a shop in Hnila Bazar area in Taknaf upazila in Cox's Bazar on Monday, and arrested two people with 2392 pieces of Yaba tablets.
The arrestees were Mahmud Hasan, 24, and Abdullah Al Mamun, 26.
In another drive, a team of Rab arrested two people and seized 300 pieces of Yaba tablets from their possession in Chittagong Railway Station area yesterday.
The arrestees were Nur Alam, 26, and Khorshed Khan, 30.
