Mason electrocuted in Ctg
A mason was electrocuted in Char Pathar Ghata area of Anwara upazila in Chittagong yesterday noon.
The deceased is Yousuf Ali, 30, son of Md Sofi, of the area.
Yousuf was working at a three-storey building behind Younus Market in the area and was electrocuted when he came in contact with an electric wire around 12.30pm, said Abul Kalam Azad, sub-inspector (SI) of Karnaphuli Police Station.
He was rushed to Chittagong Medial College Hospital (CMCH) where he was pronounced dead, said the SI.
