Korea to train 12 govt officials

Korea will provide an 18-day training to 12 high government officials for capacity building in the areas of governance, leadership and economic development planning. The participants will attend the country-focused training programme on "National Development Strategy Planning Programme for Bangladesh Government Officials" to be hosted by Korea International Cooperation Agency (Koica). The team of high level officials from Ministry of Planning and Economic Relations Division will leave for Korea today. The training has been designed to share experiences of how the Korean government has set up the national development strategy planning and has implemented the national economic development plans.
