Severed body found on rail tracks in Dinajpur
Police yesterday recovered a body severed in two from the rail tracks in Parbatipur upazila of Dinajpur.
The dead identified as Md Rabiul Islam, 20, was a newly appointed railway staff hailing from Babupara village under the upazila.
Police said locals of Haldibari area found the body on the rail tracks about 2km away from Parbatipur Railway Station and informed police.
The body was sent to Dinajpur Medical College Hospital for an autopsy and an unnatural death case was filed.
