Boy dies falling from building
A 5-year-old boy died after falling from a six-storey building in the capital's Jurain yesterday.
The deceased, Al-Amin Shuvo, is the son of Kamrul Islam, a private service holder.
Shuvo went to the roof of their building without informing them and fell off while playing, Kamrul Islam told journalists at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
"After hearing people scream we went out of the building and found him lying on the ground," he added.
Shuvo was taken to DMCH where doctors declared him dead.
