Noakhali road crash injures 15
At least fifteen people were injured after two buses collided head-on on Maijdee Sonapur road in sadar upazila of Noakhali district yesterday morning.
Of the injured, three were admitted to Noakhali General Hospital while the others were released after first aid.
Police, quoting witnesses, said a Sonapur-bound bus of Shugandha Paribahan from Feni district hit another Maijdee-bound bus from Steamer Ghat in Uttar Sonapur area at about 11:00am.
The injured were rushed to the hospital.
A tailback was created following the accident. On information, Sudharam Model police rushed to the spot and cleared the road.
