Your staff correspondent's interesting, though at the same time worrying, last page report published on 8th. October was an eye-opener. The key sentence in the report was: "Sources said that this training was best suited for junior engineers!"
Your report exposes the whole affair as more of a holiday trip overseas at public expenses by top ten officials from the ministry of power and a number of top power bosses!
The heading of the report further stated that "offices unofficially remained shut for two weeks"! This possibly indicates that these officials may be permanently put off, as then there will be no need to close the offices unofficially, at any time!
A novel way of managing the most crucial service of the administration, indeed! Top officials are "having a paid holiday, while darkness of load shedding envelops the country, day in and day out"!
