CJ leaves for USA, Canada tomorrow
Chief Justice Md Muzammel Hossain will leave Dhaka tomorrow for a study tour in the USA and Canada.
He is expected to return to the country on October 25, said a law ministry press release.
Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha, senior most judge of the Appellate Division of Supreme Court, will discharge functions of the chief justice during Muzammel's absence, the release added.
