Steel mill worker dies in Ctg
A steel re-rolling mill worker was killed during work in Kadam Rasul area of Sitakunda upazila in Chittagong yesterday.
The deceased was Md Mofijur Rahman, 40, son of Mojaher Ali of Hasundi village at Niamotpur upazila in Naogaon.
Masud Rana, site director of Fahim Steel Re-rolling Mills, said Mofizur fell on an iron dice while he was working at the mill around 2:00am.
He was rushed to Chittagong Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead around 2:30 am, said CMCH police outpost sources.
