Road crashes kill 8, injure 11
Road accidents killed eight people and injured eleven others in Dhaka, Barisal, Rajshahi, Joypurhat, Jhenaidah, Dinajpur and Natore on Saturday and yesterday.

In Dinajpur, Rubel, 20, was killed and five others were injured after a bus hit a tractor at Hazaratpur in Chirirbandar yesterday morning.
In Natore, cattle trader Lutfar, 40, of Gazipur, was killed and another injured in a two trucks' head-on collision in Mashisdanga of Baraigram upazila early yesterday.
UNB from Barisal reports, Imran, 14, a class X student of Armed Police Battalion School, died after being hit by a bus before Brac office in Barisal yesterday.
Meanwhile, rickshaw van puller Abdur Rob Shikdar, 50, was killed and Abdul Ali, 53, injured after a truck hit the van at Bhurghata in Gournadi yesterday morning.
In Rajshahi, Rejaul Karim, 45, of Chapainawabganj, was killed and three others were injured as a bus hit a human hauler at Bijoynagar in Godagari yesterday morning.
BSS from Joypurhat reports, Kazimuddin, 45, died as a bus hit his motorbike on Akkelpur-Tilakpur road at Jafarpur in Akkelpur upazila yesterday morning.
In Jhenaidah, motorcycle rider Mokaddes Hossain, 20, son of Shahidul Islam of Narayanganj, was killed and his elder brother injured as a bus hit the motorcycle in Kagmari area on Saturday.
