Death anniversary
Today is the 18th death anniversary of Dr Wali Ahmed, former lawmaker and organiser of the Liberation War, said a press release. On the occasion, a milad mahfil has been organised after Maghrib prayers at Japan Garden City in the capital. Relatives, friends, and well wishers have been requested to attend the programme and pray for the departed soul.
