Bakery burnt in Ctg
A Bakery was burnt in Chakwbazar area of Chittagong early yesterday.
The fire originated at about 6:10am from an electric short circuit in Biscuits and Bakery owned by Nurur Rahman, said Bishu Das, control room operator of Agrabad Fire Service and Civil Defence Station.
A total of seven fire fighting units from Bandar, Nandonkanon and Chandonpura fire stations rushed to the spot and doused the fire in an hour, added Bishu.
