Dutch envoy meets Dipu Moni
The newly appointed Netherlands Ambassador to Bangladesh Gerben Sjoerd de Jong paid a courtesy call on Foreign Minister Dipu Moni at her office yesterday.
During the meeting, they discussed various issues of bilateral relations between Bangladesh and the Netherlands, said a press release.
The foreign minister emphasised exchange of high-level visits to further strengthen the existing relations between the two countries.
The Dutch ambassador informed Dipu Moni that Dutch minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation would visit Bangladesh in 2013.
Both of them expressed happiness over the growing trade and business between Bangladesh and the Netherlands.
