Death anniversary
Today is the 8th death anniversary of Suja ud Daula, former lawmaker, pharmacist and industrialist. On the occasion, milad mahfil and Qurankhwani will be held after Magrib prayers at his residence and the Martyred Intellectuals' Graveyard in Mirpur. Food will be distributed among the poor at the graveyard. Suja was also the chairman of Eastern Mercantile Bank (now Pubali Bank). His relatives and well-wishers are requested to attend the programmes.
