Fake brigadier arrested
Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested a fake brigadier at Bagbari Bazar in Gabtoli upazila on Wednesday afternoon.
The arrestee is ATS Rabbi Shohel Talukdar, 35, son of late Azizul Bari Talukdar of Bagbari village.
Major Sakib Siddiki, company commander of Rab-12, said on secret information, a team raided the area at around 1:30pm and arrested Shohel.
The elite force also recovered different materials and equipments of army from his possession, said the major.
