Jahangirnagar University Day observed
Marking the university's 42nd founding anniversary, Jahangirnagar University (JU) Day was observed through various programmes on the campus yesterday.
JU Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof Anwar Hossain inaugurated the programme in the morning. Current and former students, teachers and university staff participated in it.
The daylong programme includes hoisting of the national and university flags, a colourful procession, discussion and cultural function.
