Woman dies as train runs her over
A woman was killed as a train ran her over in Tangail sadar upazila yesterday morning.
The identity of the woman, aged around 20, could not be known immediately.
Jalal Uddin, station master of Gharinda Railway Station, said the woman was crushed under the Rajshahi-bound train from Dhaka while she was crossing the railway tracks at Gharinda Kolapocha area around 9:30am.
