One to die for murder
Tangail District and Sessions Judge's Court on Tuesday sentenced a man to death in a killing case.
The convict, Fazal Haque of Balasuti village under Dhanbari upazila, was also fined Tk 5,000 and in default, he will have to suffer six months more in jail.
On July 22 in 2002, Fazal Haque and his accomplice seriously injured their relative Imam Ali who later succumbed to his injuries at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital, goes the prosecution.
