BNP man held, arms recovered
Shailkupa police arrested a BNP cadre in the early hours of yesterday and recovered a firearm.
The arrestee is Shihab Joarder, son of Abdur Rauf of Dhaura village in Shailkupa upazila.
Police said they raided Shihab's house at about 4 am and arrested him. On his confession, police later recovered a LG (light gun) and three bullets from his maternal uncle's house in the same village.
