Pleasant surprise at govt office
Recently, I shifted my residence and had to transfer the T&T line to my new address. With fear & anxiety, I went to take NOC from Nilkhet Telephone Exchange. Considering my previous experience with the BTTB, I had made up my mind to face them with a lot of negative answers.
To my utter surprise, I was told that NOC would be issued from their exchange within 24 hours & I could collect the same if there were no pending bills against my T&T phone. I got it within 24 hours. Next I went to Sher -e -Bangla Exchange for issuance of the Demand Note and got the same good treatment there.
Last but not the least, I must congratulate the caretaker government for taking bold steps in the interest of people in general.
