Freedom fighter laid to rest with state honour
Freedom Fighter Md. Hossain Ali was laid to rest with state honour at Birganj upazila in Dinajpur yesterday.
He died Saturday afternoon at Rangpur Medical College Hospital due to old age ailments, family sources said. He was 62.
The body was buried at Babul Khamar Krishi Graveyard.
Birganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer Hasan Maruf, Officer-in-Charge of Birganj police station Mozammel Haque, officials, freedom fighters and local elite attended his Janaja and burial.
