Nabinagar OC closed to Rajshahi Police Lines
Nabinagar Police Station officer in-charge (OC) Md Abdus Salam was closed to Rajshahi Range Police Lines following various allegations from people, police said.
The action was taken against him following complaints lodged by people in the upazila on several occasions, locals said.
Inspector general of police (IGP) Noor Muhammad sent the office order to Brahmanbaria superintendent of police (SP) Md Ataul Kibria Wednesday night asking for the OC's closure.
While contacted, the SP confirmed the incident.
