5 JMB men arrested in Gopalganj
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested five members of the outlawed Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) here Saturday night.
The arrestees are Shahnoor Zaman,22, of Satkhira district, Sheikh Wajed Ali,42, of Narail district, Selim Mollah,32, of Bagherhat district, Jamir Mollah,20, of the same district and Alamgir Hossain Sheikh,35, of Gopalganj Sadar upazila.
Rab arrested them after conducting a drive at Bangabandhu College ground here where they were attending an 'emergency meeting', police said.
