YES Group's anti-graft campaign in Satkhira
Members of Youth Engagement and Support (YES), volunteers' group Satkhira Sachetan Nagarik Committee, yesterday launched a campaign against corruption in educational institutions ahead of its grand anti-graft convention to be held at Satkhira stadium on August 12.
They launched the campaign with a slogan “Jago Manush- Durniti Pratirodhe Jago' (awake to resist corruption).
Yesterday the YES group campaigned among students of different school and colleges including Palli Mongal High School and College, MA Gafoor College, Karima High School and A Karim Girl's High School in the town.
They urged students to launch a movement to create awareness against corruption.
Youths are assets of the nation and if they can be motivated against corruption, all vices will be removed from society within the shortest possible time, the campaigners said.
