Child marriage stopped

A child marriage was stopped due to timely intervention of a Brac official and a police official here Thursday. Being informed that Jharna Rani Das, a student of Class-5 of Talshar Government Primary School in Kotchandpur upazila, was going to the married, Brac official Dilip Kumar Das and sub-inspector of police of Talsar police outpost Mohsin Ali went to the spot and stopped the marriage.
