2.40kg heroin recovered

Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) recovered heroin worth 2.40kg from an intercity train at Birampur railway station yesterday, police said. Acting on a tip-off, a BDR team raided Simanta Express which running from Khulna to Parbatipur and recovered the heroin from a compartment of the train. However, none was arrested in this connection.
