Jubo Dal leader among 30 charge-sheeted after 5 years
Five years after the murder of Jubo Dal activist Mosharef, Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has submitted charge sheet against 30 people including Baufal uapzila Jubo Dal President Salauddin in the case.
CID Assistant Superintendent of Police Akhtaruzzaman filed the charge sheet to the court concerned on Sunday.
Party rivals shot dead Mosharef at Boga launch ghat in Baufal upazila on May 31 in 2003.
Mosharef's brother Abdul Karim Howlader filed a murder case accusing 28 people including Baufal uapzila Jubo Dal President Salauddin.
