Court orders auction of jeeps, computers in Sirajganj
Joint District Judge Court-2 here passed an order recently to sell all jeeps and computers of the Roads and Highways Department (RHD) executive engineer in auction for failure to pay dues of a construction farm, court sources said.
The court also called for tender of the auction by October 12.
Following RHD's failure to pay Steer Construction and Advertisement owner Ruhul Amin Babu an amount of Tk 1.15 lakh on time, he lodged the case with the court for realisation of the money.
Price of the vehicles and the computers was estimated at Tk 60 lakh.
