Rejoinder
In a rejoinder on October 22, former commander of Muktijoddha Sangsad Magura District Unit, Khan Ali Reza Raja, expressed shock at finding name of a late local leader in our October 20 story titled 'Magura war criminals' list controversial'.
He regretted inclusion of the name of late Wazed Ali Khan in the story written on his statement for local media men. He went on to claim that Wazed Ali Khan's name was not in his draft statement and predict that somebody might have added it while composing the text on computer to tarnish the image of the Wazed family. He apologised for the factual error.
