AL in Rajshahi-3 wants Zinatun Nesa Talukder
Leaders and activists of Mohanpur upazila Awami League (AL) at a press conference here yesterday demanded nomination of former state minister Zinatun Nesa Talukder as party candidate in Rajshahi-3 (Mahanpur-Poba) constituency in the the upcoming parliamentary election.
Mohanpur Upazila AL president Abdus Salam read out a written statement at the press conference held at Rajshahi Metropolitan Press Club.
He said grassroots party leaders and activists of Mohanpur took the decision at a party meeting.
