Many not on voter list in Dinajpur Sadar, claims Prodhan

Kicking off polls campaign at a press conference yesterday, four-party alliance candidate in Dinajpur-3 Shafiul Alam Prodhan vowed to continue the process of development initiated by the former BNP-led government. Other alliance leaders including Dinajpur BNP president advocate Abdul Halim and secretary Mofazzal Hossain Dulal and Jamaat president Aftab Uddin Mollah were also present at the press conference held at Dinajpur Press Club. He said he has chosen Dinajpur-3 instead of his earlier constituency Panchagarh-1 as it is his ancestral home is there. He said former lawmaker Begum Khurshid Jahan Haque, elder sister of BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, did a lot for development of the area and he will continue the development process. He also alleged that many voters in Mazadanga village in Dinajpur Sadar upazila have not been included in the voter list.
