19 get poll symbols in Pabna

Nineteen candidates of different political parties have been allotted polls symbols by the returning officer to contest in five constituencies in Pabna district. In Pabna-1, four-party nominee candidate Jamaat Ameer Moulana Motiur Rahman Nizami got 'Daripallah' (scale), AL candidate advocate Samsul Haque Tuku 'boat', Md. Abdul Motin (Islami Andalan) 'Hatpakha' (hand fan) and Rejaul Karim (NPP) got 'mango' as election symbol. In Pabna-2, AL nominee AK Khondaker got 'boat' and Salim Reza Habib got 'Dhaner Shish' (sheaf of paddy). In Pabna-3, BNP nominee Saiful Azom Suja got 'Dhaner Shish' and AL nominee Mokbul Hossain got 'boat' symbol. Md. Asad-Uz-Zaman (Jaker Party) got 'Golap Ful' (rose), Khairul Alom (Gonotontri Party) got 'Kabutor' (pigeon) and Nadim Mahmud Dablu (BJP) got 'Kathal' (jack fruit) in Pabna-3 constituency. In Pabna-4, AL leader Samsur Rahman Sarif Dilu got 'boat' symbol while BNP nominee Sirajul Islam Sardar got 'dhaner shish'. Md. Ataul Hassan (Krishak Shramik Janata League) got 'Gamsa', Md. Abdul Jalil (Islami Andolon) got 'Hat Pakha' and Soleman Pramanik (NPP) got 'mango' symbols in Pabna-4. In Pabna-5, AL's Golam Faruk Prince got 'boat', four-party nominee Moulana Abdus Subhan (Jamaat) got 'Daripallah' and Md. Arif Billah (Islami Andolon) got 'Hat Pakha'.
