5 BNP men hurt by AL workers in Pabna

At least five BNP men including two brothers of a former lawmaker of the party were injured in an attack by workers of the ruling Awami League (AL) at village Vitbila in Sujanagar upazila yesterday, party sources said. Attackers also looted BNP men's shops during the attack, they said. The injured are Faruk Reza Habib, principal of Salim Reza Habib Degree College, Firoz Reza Habib, principal of Zakia Habib Krishi College, both brothers of former BNP lawmaker Salim Reza Habib, their nephew Raihan Uddin Rintu, a Family Planning official, Md Abdul Majid, a teacher of Vitbila primary school and Abu Taleb Mandol, a villager.
