Two die after taking spurious liquor

Two people died here yesterday following intake of spurious liquor, police and hospital sources said. The dead were identified as Arzun Chandraw, 45, and Dilip Chandraw, 48, of Mahmudpur Colony in the town, they said. The two drank spurious liquor Tuesday night. After a little while they fell ill and were taken to Sirajganj Sadar Hospital in a critical condition. While undergoing treatment, they died yesterday morning. Later, police recovered the bodies and sent those to hospital morgue for autopsy.
