Two brothers electrocuted in Khulna

Two brothers were electrocuted at Durjonimahal village under Rupsha upazila of Khulna district yesterday. The victims are Akser Ali, 38, and his brother Jahangir Alam, 35. The incident occurred at around 12:30pm when Jahangir was trying to operate a defective pump machine to irrigate his Irri field. Akser also met the same tragedy as he tried to save Jahangir. Both were rushed to Khulna General Hospital. But the on-duty doctors declared them dead.
