Arrested for 'Pakistan Zindabad' sloagn

A school managing committee member has been arrested as he chanted 'Pakistan Zindabad' slogan at the Independence Day function of the school in Jhenaigati upazila. Lokman Ali, also a former member of Ghorjoripa union parishad, performed a song at the cultural programme arranged at the school marking the 39th Independence Day on Thursday. As Lokman said, 'Pakistan Zindabad,' after the song, local people locked the school, causing suspension of all programmes of the day, said witnesses Confined by locals, Lokman was later arrested by police.
