Body of youth recovered

Police yesterday recovered body of a young man from the south side of the railway bridge on the river Turag at Tongi. Police could not ascertain whether Zakir Hossain,22, was killed or committed suicide as his body was hanging from the bridge with the help of a rope. Zakir was son of one Abdul Khaleque of Palong area under Shariatpur district. He had tailoring business at Palong. He came to visit his cousin's house in Lalbagh area in Dhaka four days ago, Railway police station sub-inspector Ali Akbar informed this yesterday quoting Zakir's brother-in law Nurul Amin.
