<i>Milk traders stage protest</i>

Agitating milk traders at Bera Bazar in Pabna district pouring milk on Pabna-Sirajganj highway demanding steps to save milk production and processing industry. The traders in Bera and Santhia upazilas, who flooded roads with over 50 thousand litres of milk during last two days, said their business is now threatened as collection centres drastically reduced milk purchase from them in the wake of import of huge quantity of what they claimed low quality milk from India.
