Dalits want constitutional rights

Over 500 members of Dalit community formed a human chain at Patkelghata Bazar under Tala upazila yesterday demanding their constitutional righs, reserved seats in local government body and allotment of Khas land. They also urged the government to set up a separate ministry for Dalits and give them VGF cards (Vulnerable Group Feeding).
