Show cause on physicians

The health department authorities on Saturday formed a three-member committee to probe why a number of physicians at Satkhira Sadar Hospital skipped duty on June 4. The authorities also issued show cause notices on 19 physicians at the directive of the health and family planning minister who visited the hospital and found them absent on the day.
